Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to lead a team and meet sales targets.
• Strong communication and professional presentation.
• Proficiency with computers, MS Office, and CRM.
• Familiarity with digital banking tools and trends.
• Ability to travel between locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day team leadership and branch service while ensuring compliance.
• Direct the teller, platform, and customer escalation processes.
• Coach staff to develop needs-based sales and improve customer relationships.
