Job summary

Peoples Bank in East Wenatchee, WA is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to work with Retail Branch Management to lead the branch’s growth through exceptional customer service and adherence to bank policies. You will help manage day-to-day operations and communicate concerns to the Branch Manager.

You will participate in recruiting, supervise staff, ensure compliance, and contribute to community engagement while modeling Peoples Bank's mission and values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of five years' customer service experience.
• Minimum of three years' banking experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead staff and manage branch operations to drive profitability and growth.
• Participate in recruitment, hiring, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure branch compliance under supervision of Branch Manager.
• Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual branch certifications.
• Provide high-quality service by guiding and observing the team.
• Attend community and bank-sponsored events.
