Assistant Branch Manager

Exempt

Reports To: Branch Manager

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Accurately present the "Mygrant message" tocustomers and employees.
• Ensure compliance with and training on all company policies including state and federal regulations.
• Meet current branch goals, annual branch budget and profitably grow respective branch.
• Participate in developingbusiness plans for branch operations.
• Participate in defining branch goals. Communicategoalsthroughout the branch.
• Monitor andmaintainbranch performance goals/standards.
• Coach all branch employees to success to ensure referral and branch sales goals.Oversee andmonitorbranch sales.
• Planeffective branch succession and efficient branch operation.Promote growth/development of branch employees.
• Assistwith recruitingand trainingstaff at the branch.
• Oversee the overall security of branch and branch employees.
• Coordinatebranch activities to ensure smooth operation ofbranch.

• Manage the branch teller staff.
• Participateand develop branch sales promotions.
• Additionalduties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven leadership, team building, and communication skills
• Live and work witha very highlevel of integrity
• Ability to cultivate a culture of teamwork, customer focus, and respect
• Keen eye for detail and safety
• Numerous years of experience with inventory control, inventory reconciliation, and cycle counting
• Direct involvement in developing customer service experiences and exceeding expectations
• High levelof experience with Microsoft products
• Proventrack recordof a minimum oftwo(?)years in management of at leastten (?)employees including recruiting, hiring, and developing top talent
• Experience with both fleet and MHE safety and maintenance
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

POSITION SUMMARY:

TheAssistantBranch Manager willbe responsible forassistingthe Branch Manager with managingemployees and activities at the branch.Beresponsible forproperlymaintaininga high value inventory and providingandmaintainingexcellent customer service. Be responsible to accurately schedule employees and shifts with safety, productivity, and customer service in mind.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This position requires close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection); and/or assembly or fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes; Ability to perceive the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction, and making fine discriminations in sound; Exerting up to 75 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects;. Must be able to remain in a stationary position and/or upright, for prolonged periods of time, traverse stairs, maneuver in tight spaces, reach overhead, squat, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch extended periods of time during 8-10-hour work shift.
