Responsibilities

• Partner with the Branch Manager to support daily operation and performance.
• Build positive relationships with customers and dealership partners.
• Evaluate loan applications and make credit decisions within delegated authority.
• Review loan and funding documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Communicate funding requirements and credit decisions professionally and promptly.
• Support account management and collection activities for delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements within company guidelines.
• Authorize repossessions when appropriate and within established requirements.
• Monitor payment arrangements and follow up on customer commitments.
• Help achieve branch goals related to account growth, delinquency control, and profitability.
• Coach and guide branch employees and coordinate daily priorities.
• Identify performance opportunities with Branch Manager and implement actions.
• Provide branch leadership when the Branch Manager is absent.
• Support administrative responsibilities such as processing payments, loan packages, and bank deposits.
