Job summary

4Front Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, coach a team, and ensure a top-tier member experience. You’ll partner with the Branch Manager to drive performance, guide staff, and resolve member needs with sound judgment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of financial institution supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of branch operations and member service.
• Ability to coach, encourage, and develop others.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to stay organized, adapt quickly, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Coach, support, and develop team members while reinforcing teamwork, accountability, and exceptional service.
• Step in on complex member needs and service challenges, using sound judgment to find the right solution.
• Help employees have meaningful conversations that uncover member needs and connect them with helpful financial solutions.
• Support branch goals, operational accuracy, and a strong culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
• Partner with the Branch Manager to communicate priorities, address challenges, and help drive overall branch success.

Branch Experience | Non-Exempt

Job Range - $22.77 - $28.46/hour

Schedule - Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

What You’ll Bring

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 2–4 years of financial institution experience; supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
• A strong understanding of branch operations and member service
• The ability to coach, encourage, and develop others while building a positive team environment
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
• The ability to stay organized, adapt quickly, and confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
