Job summary

QXO is seeking a Branch Manager in Oregon to oversee daily operations in the absence of leadership, champion a safety-first culture, and ensure audit and financial procedures are followed while optimizing warehouse layouts and equipment maintenance.

You will lead scheduling, supervise staff, and train employees to deliver exceptional customer service. A two-year degree and supervisory experience are preferred; Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Experience in supervising and leading others.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus.

• Champion a safety-oriented culture within the organization, ensuring that all employees comprehend and strictly follow safety protocol and procedures
• Ensure compliance with audit procedures and regulations, including daily cash drawer maintenance and financial accounting
• Optimize warehouse and store layout for efficiency and schedule equipment maintenance
• Create and update work schedules; review and approve hours worked by employees
• Provide training and support to all branch employees, fostering a customer-centric approach and exceeding service expectations

What you'll bring:

• Previous operational experience, preferably in building materials, construction, or a related industry
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus
• Experience in supervising and leading others
• Knowledge and experience in exterior logistics
