Bairstow Eves, part of the Connells Group, seeks an Assistant Branch Manager in Shirley to help lead our residential sales team. The role offers progression toward a first branch management appointment with supportive leadership from an Area Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in branch or estate agency management roles or sales leadership.

• Assist the Branch Manager in running the office profitably and efficiently.
• Lead by example, delegate tasks, and monitor performance against targets.
• Secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, conveyancing, sales and mortgage introductions.
• Motivate and train new recruits to grow market share and career progression.

This is a great opportunity for a proven Manager or an established Estate Agent looking for progression and to step in to your first branch management appointment in residential sales. In this role you will assist the Branch Manager in running a profitable and well-organised office. You will provide an effective, efficient and professional estate agency service to customers. Leading by example and delegating tasks with the aim to exceed standards of performance and targets set. Optimising every opportunity to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, conveyancing, sales and mortgage introductions. Motivating your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to flourish in their career.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Assistant Branch Manager

• Preferably an experienced Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Residential Sales Manager or a Sales Negotiator, Lister or Valuer looking to progress your career.
• Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A Full UK driving licence
