Job summary

Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations at the Seattle location. You will step in for the manager, ensure safety, and uphold service standards while guiding logistics and workflow.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, knowledge of exterior logistics, and a commitment to continuous learning. An Associate degree or related experience is acceptable; Spanish bilingual is a plus.

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent; can be substituted with related experience.
• Operational experience in building materials, construction or related industry.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Experience supervising and leading others.
• Knowledge of exterior logistics and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Assume branch manager responsibilities in their absence, assuring smooth daily operations
• Champion a safety-oriented culture within the organization, ensuring that all employees comprehend and strictly follow safety protocol and procedures
• Ensure compliance with audit procedures and regulations, including daily cash drawer maintenance and financial accounting
• Optimize warehouse and store layout for efficiency and schedule equipment maintenance
• Create and update work schedules; review and approve hours worked by employees
• Provide training and support to all branch employees, fostering a customer-centric approach and exceeding service expectations
