Job summary

QXO is seeking a Branch Manager-level candidate to oversee daily operations at our Missouri locations, ensuring safety and efficiency across warehouses and stores. This role involves supervising staff, coordinating schedules, and maintaining strict adherence to audit and financial procedures.

The ideal candidate brings an associate degree or equivalent, hands-on operational experience in building materials or related fields, and a proven ability to lead teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus.
• Experience supervising and leading others.

Responsibilities

• Assume branch manager responsibilities in their absence, assuring smooth daily operations.
• Champion a safety-oriented culture within the organization, ensuring that all employees comprehend and strictly follow safety protocol and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with audit procedures and regulations, including daily cash drawer maintenance and financial accounting.
• Optimize warehouse and store layout for efficiency and schedule equipment maintenance.
• Create and update work schedules; review and approve hours worked by employees.
• Provide training and support to all branch employees, fostering a customer-centric approach and exceeding service expectations.
