Paycom - ATS is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to lead day-to-day branch sales and drive growth of customer relationships. You will oversee operations in the Branch Manager's absence and ensure high-quality service across all bank products.

You will coach staff, process loans, meet branch goals, and build partnerships with Mortgage, Investments, and Commercial lenders while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business-related major or two years of successful sales experience, preferably in financial services.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years in banking or equivalent education.
  • NMLS license/designe is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the development of customer relationships through the offering of a full scope of Bank products/services. Responsible for meeting and exceeding branch sales goals. Responsible for full management of the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager. All branch staff report to the Assistant Branch Manager.Reports To: Branch ManagerEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesReview business plans and objectives with Branch Manager.Participate in the decision-making process within the branch.Partner with Branch Manager to meet branch goals and objectives.Oversee day-to-day sales activities in the branch continually update Branch Manager on pending challenges.Recommend retail banking products and services to customers and prospects. Manage and service relationships and cross-sell all appropriate products and services.Provide a broad base of financial and credit services with the goal of acquiring 100% of the customer’s business.Make outbound sales calls, recommend appropriate products and services to current customers.Process loan applications and close loansCoach, mentor, and train all staff members in sales and relationship development.Accountable for all branch sales and referral goals.Work jointly with Branch Manager to establish goals and hold staff accountable.Assist with the operational requirements of the branch.Establish close relationships and refer business to assigned partners including Mortgage, Investments, and Commercial Lenders and Private Bankers.Conduct KPR and Annual Reviews for all Branch Staff.Take responsibility of clients’ challenges and opportunities, and effectively resolve them in a timely manner.Maintain customer confidentiality at all times.Additional responsibilities as assigned.Be familiar with and comply with the provisions of the Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act as they relate to the functions of this position.
