American Eagle Financial Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in East Hartford, CT. You will lead the branch team, nurture key member relationships, and drive services that reflect our mission of financial wellbeing for members and the community.
You’ll coach colleagues, manage daily operations, and partner with leadership to deliver exceptional member experiences while growing the branch’s presence in the community. This role emphasizes service, teamwork, and community engagement.
As an Assistant Branch Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading our branch and supporting our team. Your focus will go beyond daily operations, creating an environment where team members feel supported, inspired, and empowered to grow. By bringing our mission to life, you’ll foster strong connections, guide development, and build a culture centered on service. Fulltime between the hours of 8-5:00pm and Saturdays 8-12:30pm
$27-$30 an hour (depending on experience, education, aptitude, & equity)

While this level of expertise will generally be attained with a minimum of two years in a previous leadership role and an associate’s degree, priority will be placed upon the demonstration of the ability to meet qualifications without an absolute focus on duration of experience, in recognition that the attainment of such qualifications may be obtained at different paces by different individuals.
