Responsibilities

• Assist the Boutique Director/Manager in managing the sales team and ensuring exceptional customer service aligned with Christian Dior standards.
• Enhance sales performance, minimize stock losses, and attract new clients.
• Open and close the boutique.
• Coach staff, manage schedules, merchandise, and oversee inventory.
• Ensure adherence to company policies to maximize results.

Position Responsibilities

• Increase sales and monitor sales performance and conversion rates daily.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Assist in setting and monitoring sales goals for sales associates.
• Develop and maintain a clientele database.
• Participate in merchandise displays and presentations, applying merchandising guidelines independently.
• Train and develop sales staff in selling skills.
• Conduct store meetings to discuss performance, training, and updates.
• Facilitate effective communication within the team.

Profile and Skills

• Participate in sales promotion activities and optimize customer engagement strategies.
• Coordinate merchandise transfers, damages, and inventory counts.
• Maintain proper merchandise pricing and minimize stock losses.
