The role of the Assistant Body Shop Manager is to assist the Body Shop Manager in the day-to-day operations of the branch’s Body Shop department in compliance with established policies and procedures. Plans, organizes, leads, and controls the activities of the Body Shop department to ensure the overall growth and profit objectives are met. Evaluates the department’s results and performance against objectives. Maintains the highest quality standards of professionalism in serving the customer and identifying their needs.
