Penn State University is seeking a Research Compliance Specialist to ensure institutional and regulatory research compliance through review, approval, monitoring, audits, and training.
The role includes developing policies, assisting researchers in meeting guidelines and federal obligations, preparing for sponsor and regulatory audits, delivering training, and staying current with changing requirements.

The Research Compliance Specialist works with investigators, research teams, faculty, administrators, staff, and students to ensure institutional and regulatory research compliance obligations are met through a review, evaluation, approval, and continual monitoring process; conduct internal audits/inspections; assist research teams navigate external audits/inspections; keep abreast of compliance requirement changes; prepare reports; provide training.
Bachelor's Degree 3+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted Required Certifications: None

The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $65,508.00 - $94,980.00.
