Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a social services or related field is required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a social services or behavioral health setting.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to direct reports through regular supervision and field observations.
• Support onboarding processes for new team members, including orientation and training plans.
• Monitor clinical documentation and service notes for quality and compliance with treatment plans.
• Provide feedback and support performance improvement during supervision sessions.
• Track and evaluate team performance related to access, efficiency, and accountability.
• Promote recovery‑focused, trauma‑informed, and culturally competent service delivery.
• Coordinate care across teams and external providers.
