TESO Group is seeking an Assistant Beauty Team Leader to help oversee the beauty department, coach the team, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will contribute to product knowledge, drive sales, and support store operations.

The role involves assisting in leadership, keeping the beauty area visually appealing, and offering personalized recommendations to customers. Availability includes weekdays, weekends, and holidays; occasional travel to other stores is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Beauty Team Leader with daily department operations, team coordination, and assigned tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing beauty department.
• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized beauty recommendations based on customer needs.
• Address customer questions and concerns and assist with resolving issues in the absence of the Beauty Team Leader.
• Travel to and work at other store locations as needed.
• Bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 30 lbs. as needed

Job Summary

The Assistant Beauty Team Leader supports the Beauty Team Leader in overseeing the daily operations and performance of the beauty department. This role assists in leading and developing the beauty team, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining strong product knowledge, and supporting efficient store operations. The Assistant Beauty Team Leader also serves as a key leadership support and steps in to oversee the department in the Beauty Team Leader’s absence while helping achieve sales and store goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Beauty Team Leader with daily department operations, team coordination, and assigned tasks.
