Job summary

Baldwin Richardson Foods is seeking an Assistant Batch Operator for 1st shift (8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Mon–Fri). You will help set up equipment, batch raw ingredients according to Cook Cards and written batch instructions, and support multiple departments to learn BRF production processes.

This training role leads to Processor and other advancement opportunities within BRF. You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, adhering to GMP, safety standards, and SQF requirements, while handling

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Forklift operation ability and internal certification.
• Ability to read Cook Cards in English and complete batch paperwork.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort with manufacturing environment, heat, moisture and noise.
• Fluency in English per SQF requirements.

Responsibilities

• Batch food product per Cook Cards and batch instructions.
• Lift and pour ingredients into kettles and processing equipment.
• Verify materials against Cook Cards.
• Set up equipment per product specs.
• Assist in cleaning kettles, batch systems and area.
• Complete batch paperwork accurately.
• Adhere to safety, GMP, and food safety standards.
