Responsibilities

• Assist Head Coach with day-to-day operations of the athletic team, including teaching, coaching and fund-raising activities.
• Provide leadership and support for the vision and strategies of the Head Coach.
• Recruitment coordination and negotiation of scholarship offers under the head coach’s direction.
• Plan campus visits and contact prospective student-athletes.
• Scouting and game preparation, including film review and opponent analysis.
• Mentor athletes and address academic and non-academic issues.
• Coordinate team travel, schedules, and compliance documentation as directed.
• Represent MSU Athletics at public events and support community engagement.
