Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is looking for an Assistant Bakery Manager to lead a cheerful team and ensure daily production of delicious baked goods while delivering top-notch guest service. The role focuses on maintaining a positive store atmosphere and driving guest satisfaction across shifts.

You will supervise staff, help with scheduling, payroll, and inventory, and contribute to consistent quality and service in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a retail/FOH environment.
• Strong guest-service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to plan schedules and oversee daily bakery operations.

Work Availability

Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, based on changing business demands.
