Rosetta Bakery in Miami, FL is seeking an Assistant Baker to join our team. You will prepare breads and pastries, mix doughs, proof, bake, and decorate according to recipes, and ensure quality and presentation standards daily.

You should be comfortable using convection ovens and commercial mixers, follow food safety policies, lift up to 25 pounds, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. We offer a $25.00 per hour base pay, weekly pay, and bonuses; 40 hours vacation after one year.

Qualificações

• Prepare bread and pastries following recipes, doughs, fillings, proofing, and decoration.
• Operate convection ovens, stand mixers, and commercial kitchen equipment.
• Maintain food safety and presentation standards.

Responsabilidades
