Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking an Assistant Baker to work with the Baker to ensure high-quality cakes. You will follow proprietary recipes, prepare ingredients, and monitor baking processes to meet production demands. The role emphasizes precision, speed, and adherence to health standards in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• No formal education or work experience required, prior bakery/foodservice experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Follows NbC recipes and production methods to meet productivity goals.
• Operates commercial ovens and bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
• Prepares raw ingredients, portions, pans, and monitoring of baking process.
• Maintains proper packaging, labeling and storage of baked cakes and logs.
• Cleans and restocks workstation; adheres to health and safety guidelines.
