Overview

The Assistant Attractions & Recreation Manager should possess a dynamic, outgoing demeanor with a passion for delivering industry-leading service while demonstrating exemplary skills. The role establishes and drives a positive working environment and focuses on the Guest Experience while operating with optimum safety in all activities for our guests and fellow colleagues.

The Island Shore Excursions Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of all sports and leisure activities (e.g., wave jet, kayak, scuba diving, balloon, etc.), tours and excursions, rentals, VIP services, retail stores, and recreational facilities. The entire guest Cabana product experience shall be the responsibility of the Island Shore Excursions Manager as well.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example at the Front of House with exemplary customer engagement and a focus on health and safety, guest service, cleanliness, revenue generation, expense control, training, and maintenance of equipment.
• Ensure smooth daily operations of all activities, tours, excursions, rentals, VIP services, retail stores, and recreational facilities.
• Drive a positive guest experience and a safe working environment for guests and colleagues.

Qualifications/Requirements (implied)

• Experience in managing guest-facing hospitality, recreational activities, or entertainment services.
• Ability to lead teams, train staff, manage safety protocols, and oversee equipment maintenance.
