Qualifications

• Must be a member of the Massachusetts bar or eligible for admission in short order.
• At least three (3) years of complex litigation experience is preferred.
• Clear and persuasive written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify key issues for investigation and engage in discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Litigate matters concerning privacy, data security, and emerging technology.
• Collaborate with state and federal enforcement entities and negotiate resolutions serving the public interest.
