Qualifications

• Graduated from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Washington State.
• Completed WSBA Rule 6 Law Clerk Program.

Responsibilities

• Represent DCYF in child welfare cases and advise client agencies.
• Apply ICWA/WAICWA provisions to juvenile matters and participate in discovery.
• Travel regionally within Washington State to support cases.
• Prepare witnesses, briefs, and relevant court materials; conduct legal research.
