The State of South Carolina's Securities and Money Services Sections seeks an Assistant Attorney General to represent the division in investigations and proceedings, draft pleadings, negotiate resolutions, and advocate in trials and appeals.

Under limited supervision, performs professional legal work for the State, its subdivisions, and officials. Assigned to the Securities Section as Assistant Attorney General.
A Juris Doctorate Degree and at least 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney.
Must be a member and in good standing with the SC Bar. Must satisfy Rule 403 requirements.
