Join the South Carolina Office of the Attorney General as an Assistant Attorney General (Attorney III), General and Special Prosecution.

Prosecutors will travel across South Carolina handling a variety of cases, including drug offenses, homicides, hit-and-runs, and human trafficking. You will collaborate with law enforcement agencies, defense attorneys, and appear before judges statewide. Juris Doctorate and at least five years of criminal prosecution or defense experience, preferably in a Public Defender's or Solicitor's Office. Must be a member in good standing with the South Carolina Bar and meet Rule 403 requirements.
