• Represent the State of Florida in criminal appeals before district courts and the Florida Supreme Court.
• Oversee timely filing, review assignments of error, and draft briefs.
• Handle federal habeas corpus proceedings and appeals to the Eleventh Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
• Manage extraordinary writs and related duties as assigned by the Bureau Chief.
