Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate required.
• Active membership in the Utah State Bar or sworn eligibility within the probationary period.
• Ability to travel and represent the State in criminal and civil litigation across state and federal courts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cases by conducting legal research and evidence gathering.
• Draft appellate briefs, dispositive motions, and related written materials.
• Represent the State in state and federal appellate courts and in related proceedings.
