Responsibilities

• Handle a large caseload of appellate and civil matters in state and federal courts.
• Participate in appeals, post-conviction matters, and habeas corpus actions as applicable.
• Contribute to investigations, trial teams, policy initiatives, and amicus activity.
• Represent the Commonwealth in legal proceedings and assist in defending statutes and procedures.
