Responsibilities

• Confer with School Operations Managers, School Principal or designees regarding attendance and welfare.
• Communicate with parents, students, staff in person, by telephone or letter about attendance issues and notifications.
• Maintain attendance records, schedules, and files for compliant district policies.
• Prepare reports and letters to parents regarding school and district activities and procedures.
• Enforce attendance rules and coordinate referrals to appropriate agencies as directed.
