• Digital Ticketing Management – Oversee the school’s digital ticketing platform for athletic contests including event setup, pricing, sales monitoring, and entry scanning.
• Ticket Allocation and Policies – Ensure distribution follows the Board policy including reserved seating, season tickets, and complimentary admissions.
• Financial Accountability – Maintain records of digital and gate receipts, reconcile reports, and follow deposit procedures.
• Event Staffing and Crowd Supervision – Supervise ticket staff, security, crowd control, and process payroll requisitions.
• Officials Coordination – Manage officials with athletic chairperson and coaches, verify assignments and payments.
• Team Coordination – Manage game logistics with visiting teams, including arrivals and locker rooms.
• Supervision and Reporting – Inform athletic director of event needs, and maintain accounting/reporting procedures.
