  • Manage department communication tools, including TeamSnap, and coordinate the hiring of officials for all home contests.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Athletics to plan and execute department events, such as sports banquets and orientations.
  • Serve as a visible representative of the Athletics Department, promoting a culture of sportsmanship and "Panther Pride."
  • Attend required athletic department meetings and events as well as CIF, NCS, and BAC League coaching summits or professional development sessions.

  • NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification or comparable training preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate young athletes.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and occasional weekends for athletic events.
  • Valid California driver’s license required (with a clean driving record).
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before the season starts).

Desired Skills:

  • NFHS coaching certification is highly preferred.
  • Experience working in an independent school environment.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing rosters and match reporting.
  • A commitment to fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment for athletes of all backgrounds.
