The Assistant Basketball Coach provides support in the operation of the College’s basketball programs and is responsible for assisting with coaching duties at practices and games. The Assistant Basketball Coach is also responsible for supporting the Head Coach by performing program operations such as, but not limited to, recruiting, monitoring student‑athlete academic progress, scheduling, managing travel and scholarships, and overseeing the discipline, conduct, and image of the student‑athletes. Maintains qualifications for employment as described by the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) Policy Manual and accreditation standards. Follows rules and regulations as described by the TCSG Policy Manual and other policies and procedures established by the institution.
