As Regis employees, we embrace our Jesuit Catholic values of respect, inclusion and equity, and welcome employees, faculty and students from all faiths and cultures. Together, we perform our duties in alignment with the mission of the University and seek dedicated individuals to contribute to and strengthen that mission and our service to students. Why Work at Regis?
The Division of Education at Regis University invites applications for a full-time, tenure track faculty position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor, beginning August 2027. This position is dedicated to on-ground, traditional (in-person) undergraduate teaching within our education program. The Department is engaged in a significant curricular redesign initiative. The faculty member in this role will serve as a core member of the design team, contributing directly to the development of the revised program. We seek a dynamic teacher-scholar to teach courses in foundations of education, and secondary content, methods, and assessment, as well as courses focused on culturally and linguistically diverse (CLD) learners, while contributing to program development, advising, and service.
The Division of Education at Regis University prepares educators and leaders through both traditional and post-traditional pathways. On the undergraduate side, we offer traditional on-ground coursework leading to initial teacher licensure, with a strong emphasis on face to-face instruction and field-based experience. The Division also serves post-traditional and graduate students through online offerings, including a range of graduate and licensure programs. Across all programs, our faculty are committed to preparing licensed, classroom-ready educators and leaders equipped to serve diverse K-12 populations. The Division of Education is part of Regis College, the traditional liberal arts college of Regis University, which is a Hispanic Serving Institution, serving approximately 2000 traditional undergraduate students (~60% of whom are students of color; ~30% of whom are first generation college students).
