George Fox University invites applications for an 11-month, tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor in the Entry Level Occupational Therapy Doctoral (OTD) Program. The candidate will develop, teach, and maintain curriculum while coordinating accreditation efforts and collaborating with stakeholders across the program and university.

Qualifications

• Current OR state licensure as an occupational therapist or eligibility for OT licensure in Oregon.
• Terminal degree in the appropriate area of specialization.
• Interest in working at a university committed to quality higher education in health sciences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as academic advisor and capstone mentor.
• Teach content related to research methodology and mentor scholarly projects.
• Engage in collaborative scholarship and service addressing regional healthcare needs.
• Contribute to committees within the program, department, and university.
• Collaborate with Capstone and Fieldwork coordinators to optimize capstone and fieldwork.
• Demonstrate ongoing scholarly achievement through publications, presentations, grants, or leadership.
