Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) preferred; doctoral degrees in occupational therapy or related disciplines (e.g., PhD, DHSc, DrPH, DSc) will also be considered.
Licensed Occupational Therapist, or eligible for licensure, in the State of Texas.
Eligible for appointment at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor based on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

Teaching and advising students in the entry-level OTD curriculum.
Participating in curriculum development, assessment, and accreditation activities.
Mentoring students in capstone and scholarly projects.
Engaging in scholarly and professional activities consistent with faculty expectations.
Serving on departmental, school, university, and professional committees.
