Position Summary
The School of Professional Studies invites full-time faculty candidates for non tenure-track Assistant/Associate Professor of Business. Position will teach a variety of Business courses ( DBA , PMBA ) via online instruction. Full-time faculty at UIW are expected to teach at least two courses in the fall semester and at least two courses in the spring semester, with potential summer course assignment based on departmental need. In all matters, faculty are expected to maintain the highest standards of professional ethics consistent with the UIW Mission. Official duties and responsibilities of full-time faculty members at the university include teaching, scholarship, service and professional activities.
The School of Professional Studies ( SPS ) provides educational opportunities for adults wanting to earn an undergraduate, graduate and doctoral degrees in non-traditional formats. Classes are available in a hybrid format or 100% online. The School of Professional Studies also offers personal development and continuing education opportunities through the office of Professional and Continuing Education (PaCE).

Essential Functions
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
PhD in Business or closely related field from an accredited institution.
Required Work Experience
Experience teaching in respective discipline in a college or university setting, both online and in-person. Note that relevant training/teaching experience in other settings (such as a corporate environment, etc..) or significant industry experience in this field will be considered in lieu of required experience.
