The Supply Chain Strategy team serves as the function’s “offensive coordinator” — translating corporate strategy and long‑range plans into a multi‑year roadmap of investments across distribution, transportation, technology, and capabilities.
What You’ll Do
- Own and maintain the project on the multi‑year Supply Chain Strategy roadmap, from intake through approval.
- Act as roadmap owner for key initiatives, aligning Digital & Technology, Supply Chain, Finance, and leadership on scope, dependencies, and sequencing.
- Manage centralized tracking of strategic initiatives and ensure portfolio prioritization in partnership with Corporate Portfolio Management.
- Bridge strategy to execution, transitioning initiatives to Operations teams once aligned.
- Translate complex operational, system, and corporate priorities into structured insights and execution‑ready plans.
- Lead analysis for key initiatives, including operational, financial, and system impacts to inform leadership decisions.
- Conduct benchmarking and external research to validate assumptions and opportunities.
- Translate complex network and roadmap content into clear, executive‑ready storytelling (visuals, headlines, and talking points).
- Develop data‑driven recommendations aligned to corporate and supply‑chain priorities.
- Lead working sessions to gather requirements, validate assumptions, and align stakeholders.
- Drive follow‑ups, resolve open questions, and ensure alignment ahead of key decisions.
- Support and advance Supply Chain’s AI strategy and adoption.
- Incorporate AI tools into day‑to‑day analysis and workflows.
- Stay current on emerging tools and capabilities to drive continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field, plus 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to build executive‑ready models and presentations.
- Working knowledge of Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, and AI/Copilot tools.
- Familiarity with supply‑chain concepts such as fulfillment models, network flows, and operating structures.
- Curiosity for AI and emerging technologies.
- Strong cross‑functional partnership and collaboration skills.
- Clear, concise communication with the ability to deliver executive‑level storytelling.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to adapt, stay flexible, and navigate change with a positive attitude.
- SQL knowledge preferred.
- Strategy experience preferred.
