Market Square Architects is expanding in Nashville, and we’re looking for a creative, technically skilled Assistant Project Manager / Job Captain to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a growing office while working on diverse projects in both the commercial and residential sectors.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to design development and technical detailing from concept through construction

• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to deliver high-quality work

• Support project managers with production, coordination, and documentation

• Work across a range of typologies, including healthcare, hospitality, multi-family, and luxury residential

• Add value to a creative and collaborative studio culture

What We’re Looking For

• Professional degree in Architecture

• 4–8 years of experience in architectural design and documentation

• Proficiency in Revit is required

• Experience with Photoshop or other graphic tools is a strong plus

• A proactive, self-starting attitude and eagerness to grow

• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment
