Job summary

Watermelon Swim in Riverview, FL is seeking an Assistant Aquatics Manager to lead daily operations of year-round programs, coach staff, and ensure outstanding customer experiences.

You will interview, onboard, train, schedule, monitor safety, and collaborate with leadership to grow aquatics programs while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of management or leadership experience.
• Aquatics experience required.
• Current CPR/First Aid, Lifeguard, and Water Safety Instructor certifications.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work 2 evenings and 1 weekend day weekly.
• Willing to travel between locations as needed.

Responsibilities
