Job summary

Saf-T-Swim in Bellmore, NY is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a 4-wall swim school, support the General Manager, and grow enrollments while ensuring profitability. You will manage daily operations, staff, and customer experience to deliver a world-class program for children.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience in aquatics or education, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience in aquatics or related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications are required within 90 days of hire.
• Lifeguard certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading 4-wall swim school operations and staff.
• Instruct swim lessons when necessary and ensure curriculum adherence.
• Manage scheduling, enrollment, and customer experience to drive enrollment and profitability.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and high-quality lessons across all locations.
