Job summary

InterSolutions, LLC is seeking a Leasing professional in Sherman, TX to support the Property Manager with day-to-day operations of the apartment community. You will deliver excellent customer service to residents and address concerns promptly, while monitoring market conditions to optimize leasing strategies.

The role requires 1-3 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and basic MS Office knowledge. Day, weekend, and evening hours may be necessary to meet leasing goals.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as an Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Consultant preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent follow up and follow through skills
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
• Ability to work day, weekend, and evening hours as required
