Job summary

gpac is seeking an Assistant Agronomy Manager to join a well-established agricultural retailer in Iowa. You will work with the Agronomy Manager to oversee daily operations, support staff, and deliver outstanding service to growers.

This role suits someone with agronomy sales or operations experience who is ready to step into a leadership position, mentoring teammates, coordinating logistics, and driving safe, efficient workflows while building strong grower relationships.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of agronomy sales/operations experience.
• Knowledge of fertilizer, crop protection products, seed, and precision agriculture preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Leadership experience or the desire to move into management.
