Job summary

HumanGood in Eugene, OR, seeks an Assistant Administrator to manage resident records and accounts receivable, using Real Page Software, while performing general clerical duties.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, $25–$28/hour, and benefits such as health/dental/vision, 401(k) match, HSA, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year in administrative work, HUD/LIHTC property management experience, a high school diploma, and preferably two years of college.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience in Administrative role required.
  • 1+ year HUD/LIHTC property management experience required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of college preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Receives information from tenants to initiate and follow through with resident recertification and interim recertification; enters information on computer; complies with HUD, tax credit, CHFA, RHCP regulations regarding notification, verification and record keeping.
  • Collects and receipts monthly rents using One Site; prints and monitors deposit, Excess Income and Tenant Assistance reports.
  • Provides information to prospective residents; assists Administrator in scheduling interviews; prepares leasing documents and evaluates financial profiles for rent schedules.
  • Processes accounts receivable; prepares Section 8 vouchers, collects rents, prepares receipts and maintains aging reports.
  • Keeps computerized records on maintenance, serial numbers, and repair of units.
  • Prepares bank deposit and petty cash reconciliations.

Description

Under general supervision, the Assistant Administrator sets up and/maintains resident records and accounts receivable systems utilizing Real Page Software or successor programs; and performs general clerical functions and office duties. As a representative and team member of the company, this position is expected to present oneself in a manner that reflects professionalism and ensures resident satisfaction.

Schedule
  • Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Range

$25 - 28/hour, depending on experience

To Be Successful For This Role, You Would Have
  • 1+ yr experience in Administrative role required.
  • 1+ yrs HUD/LIHTC property management experience is required for this position.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of college preferred.

  • Provides information to prospective residents; assists Administrator in scheduling interviews with applicants; prepares all leasing documents for signatures; evaluates prospective residents' financial profiles and determines rent schedules;
  • Processes accounts receivable; prepares Section 8 vouchers, collects rents, prepares receipts and maintains aging reports for Administrator;
  • Keeps computerized records on maintenance, installation, various serial numbers, and repair of units;
  • Prepares bank deposit and petty cash reconciliations;
