Powder Springs Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking an Assistant Administrator to join our 208-bed facility in Georgia. This role supports the administrator in overseeing operations, directing activities, and coordinating services to assure resident well-being and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Long-Term Healthcare management experience.
• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Georgia.
• Proven experience as a positive leader, fostering a supportive and uplifting work environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, dependable, and accountable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Administrator with daily facility operations and leadership.
• Monitor resident, staff, and operational needs and take action proactively.
• Support regulatory compliance, surveys, QAPI, and facility policies.
• Assist with staffing, employee relations, and department oversight.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Address concerns and follow through until they are resolved.
• Assist with admissions, customer service, and other operational needs.
• Be willing to roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed.
