Northridge Health & Rehab in Georgia seeks a dedicated Nursing Administrator to lead the Nursing Services department. You will supervise care delivery, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and collaboration with physicians and administrators to continuously improve patient outcomes and satisfaction in a nonprofit, mission-driven setting.

Qualifications

• RN nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills.
• Proficient in using a computer, especially Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point.

Responsibilities

• Directs, evaluates, and supervises patient care and initiates corrective action as necessary.
• Maintains effective lines of communication with attending physicians.
• Reports problems to the Administrator, conducts daily patient rounds, and initiates corrective action.
• Establishes an annual budget for submission to the governing body for approval.
• Develops relationships with community agencies providing services of benefit to the nursing center.
