Job summary

Powder Springs Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking an Assistant Administrator to support daily operations, oversee staff and regulatory compliance, and help manage admissions and resident services. The candidate should have a Georgia LNHA license and at least two years in long‑term care management, with a strong focus on teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications

• GA Licensed Nursing Home Administrator required.
• Minimum 2 years of Long-Term Healthcare management experience.
• Proven leadership and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Administrator with daily facility operations and leadership.
• Monitor resident, staff, and operational needs and take action proactively.
• Support regulatory compliance, surveys, QAPI, and facility policies.
• Assist with staffing, employee relations, and department oversight.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Address concerns and follow through until resolved.
• Assist with admissions, customer service, and other operational needs.
• Be willing to roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed.
