Job summary

The Centers Health Care family’s Ellicott Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Buffalo, NY seeks an Assistant Administrator to support the Licensed Administrator and leadership team in daily operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to long-term care management and regulatory processes.

With a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of management experience (SNF preferred), you will contribute to operations, staffing, and compliance while pursuing an NHA license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of management experience (SNF experience preferred).
• Previous nursing home experience preferred.
• Computer literacy and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Licensed Administrator in all aspects of nursing home management
• Support administrative and operational functions
• Perform other duties as assigned
