Job summary

St. Patrick's Manor in Framingham, MA is seeking an Assistant Administrator (Licensed Nursing Home Administrator) to partner with the CEO/Administrator in directing objectives for our 303-bed faith‑based nonprofit community.

The role includes staff selection and review, budgeting, regulatory readiness, marketing, and coordinating resident care with medical teams, residents, and families. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Active MA Nursing Home Administrator License.
Minimum of 1 year’s experience in Long-Term Care.
Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, direct and assess objectives for the St. Patrick's Manor senior care community.
Participate in selection and review of administrative and management staff.
Participate in business development and marketing efforts.
Stay abreast of current regulations to maintain survey and inspection readiness.
Develop and update Emergency Preparedness Plan.
Review resident complaints and grievances, accidents and incident reports.
Assist in preparation of annual operating budget.
Make regular visits to departments to assist managers.
