The role requires a Master’s degree in business or healthcare administration and offers broad leadership exposure within a PEARLAND-based hospital network.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in business administration or healthcare administration.
• 2+ years of experience in a hospital leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and finalize projects according to the facility’s strategic plan.
• Collaborate with the Administrative Team and physicians to improve processes and services.
• Provide operations leadership to assigned departments and manage budgets.
• Build relationships with physicians, employees and peers to support goals.
• Utilize organizational tools to manage responsibilities and projects.
